Refund policy

Archive Drop 01 is final sale, except damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Due to limited release we cannot guarantee sizes, qnty or color ways will be available. Please double check your order before checkout. 

If there is an issue with your item(s), you can contact us at aloha@wearekepakiano.com within 14 days of your order being placed. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as limited release collections or when disclosed.

Archive Drop 01 is not guaranteed available for exchange due to limited quantities in stock.
